NQuire is a listing assistant for Etsy sellers. In ChatGPT, it works with your own Etsy shop: it shows your shop and listings, prepares listing drafts from your photos and product details, and sends a draft or a listing change to Etsy after you confirm a preview of it.
What you can do
- See how your shop is set up: your shop’s name, its currency, how many active listings it has (and, when none are active, how many are drafts, inactive, sold out or expired) and how many NQuire drafts are waiting.
- See your listings: your Etsy listings with their own photos from Etsy, their price and status, and a link to each one on Etsy.
- Audit your active listings: a score for your active listings, the most common issues, and the listings with the most room to improve.
- Make a listing draft from photos: send photos and tell NQuire what the item is. NQuire saves a draft in your NQuire account and asks you for the price, size, material and other details you haven’t given yet. It doesn’t fill those in itself.
- Send a draft to Etsy: NQuire first shows what will happen, then sends the draft only after you confirm. Sending creates a draft listing on Etsy, unless the preview says the listing will go live (Etsy’s listing fee then applies).
- Change a listing that is already on Etsy: title, description, price, quantity, tags, materials or attributes. NQuire shows each change before and after, and applies it only after you confirm.
- Use a different NQuire account: ask “Log me in with a different account” and ChatGPT asks you to sign in again.
Who it is for
NQuire is for Etsy sellers aged 18 or older who manage their own shop, or a shop they are authorized to manage.
What NQuire does not do
- It doesn’t read or change orders, buyers, payments or messages.
- It doesn’t work with other sellers’ shops: only the shop you connect.
- It doesn’t delete listings.
- It doesn’t send anything to Etsy without your confirmation of a preview.
- AI-assisted drafts, suggestions and audits can contain mistakes. Review them before you confirm a change.
