Include the email address you use for NQuire, your shop name, what you were trying to do, and the error message or approximate time the problem occurred. A screenshot can help; remove any personal or confidential information that is not needed to explain the issue.
Never send passwords, verification codes, OAuth tokens, API keys, or payment-card information. NQuire support does not need your Google or Etsy password.
Signing in or connecting your shop
Sign in using the Google account associated with your NQuire account, then connect the Etsy shop you are authorized to manage. Check that you selected the intended Google and Etsy accounts when approving access.
If you connected the wrong NQuire account, ask NQuire in ChatGPT: “Log me in with a different account.” Follow the sign-in prompt and choose the correct account. If the connection still fails, contact support with the error message.
Drafts and Etsy listing changes
NQuire can prepare drafts without sending them to Etsy. Before sending a draft or applying a listing edit, review the preview or proposal and confirm the action you want.
Check prices, quantities, materials, dimensions, photos, and other product details carefully. Check the resulting listing status in Etsy after a confirmed action.
If an action times out or returns an unclear result, check your Etsy shop before trying again to avoid creating duplicate listings or repeating a change. Contact support if you are unsure what happened.
Disconnecting and deleting your account
You can revoke NQuire’s access through the relevant connected service’s account or app-permission settings. Removing the plugin from ChatGPT does not necessarily delete your NQuire account or revoke every connected-service authorization.
To request deletion of your NQuire account and associated data, email amaan@trynquirehub.com with the subject NQuire account deletion, preferably from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting on the request.
Disconnecting or deleting your NQuire account does not automatically delete listings or changes already sent to Etsy, or conversations held by ChatGPT. Manage those separately with the relevant provider. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
Report a security or privacy concern
Email amaan@trynquirehub.com with the subject Security concern or Privacy request. Describe the issue without including credentials or unnecessary personal information. For a suspected security vulnerability, contact us privately before publicly sharing technical details that could expose accounts or data.
