These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NQuire, including its website and its integration with ChatGPT (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Mohd Amaan Afaque, located at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (“NQuire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact us at amaan@trynquirehub.com.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What NQuire does

NQuire helps Etsy sellers view shop information and listings, identify potential listing improvements, prepare listing drafts from information and photos they provide, and request changes to connected Etsy listings. Available features may change over time.

NQuire uses AI-assisted workflows. Drafts, suggestions, and audits may contain mistakes or omissions. We do not guarantee sales, search rankings, revenue, or any other business outcome.

2. Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to manage any shop you connect. If you use NQuire on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to agree to these Terms for that business.

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity you authorize through your account. Do not connect another person’s shop without permission. Notify us at amaan@trynquirehub.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Connected services

NQuire may connect to Google for sign-in, Etsy for shop access, and ChatGPT for the conversational experience. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

You authorize NQuire to access and use connected-service information within the permissions you grant and as needed to provide the features you request. Connecting your shop does not transfer ownership of it to NQuire.

NQuire is an independent service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Etsy, Google, or OpenAI. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue their APIs or access. These changes may affect NQuire’s availability or functionality.

4. Drafts, confirmations, and Etsy changes

Preparing or editing a draft within NQuire does not by itself publish it to Etsy. Before sending a listing draft or applying a listing edit to Etsy, NQuire is designed to show a preview or proposal and request your confirmation.

Review the proposed destination, listing content, price, quantity, materials, dimensions, photos, and other details before confirming. Your confirmation authorizes the specific action shown in that preview or proposal. A separate confirmation is required for a different proposed action.

NQuire relies on the product facts you provide. Do not rely on it to infer or verify facts about your products. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, product claims, intellectual property rights, fulfillment, taxes, and compliance with Etsy’s requirements.

Sending a draft to Etsy may create an Etsy draft rather than a publicly visible listing, depending on the action shown in the preview. Check the resulting status in Etsy. Changes made on Etsy may require you to edit or remove them in Etsy; NQuire does not guarantee that every action can be reversed.

5. Your content

You retain your rights in the photos, product information, and other content you provide. You grant us permission to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service, carry out your requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide your content and authorize its use through connected services. Do not submit unlawful content, another person’s confidential information without authorization, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

We do not claim ownership of your shop or your original content. AI-assisted output may be similar to other output, and we do not guarantee that it is unique or eligible for intellectual property protection.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use NQuire to:

  • Violate applicable law or the rules of a connected service.
  • Create fraudulent, misleading, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited listings.
  • Access accounts or data without authorization.
  • Introduce malware, disrupt the Service, bypass security controls, or misuse credentials.
  • Collect personal information unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights.

7. Fees

NQuire currently does not charge a fee for access to the Service. If we introduce paid features, we will disclose the price and applicable payment terms before you purchase them.

Any fees charged by Etsy, OpenAI, Google, or another third party are governed by that provider’s terms. Review any applicable third-party fees before authorizing an action.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Service: https://www.nquirehub.com/privacy.

Information sent to a connected service is also subject to that service’s privacy practices. Do not provide information that is unnecessary for your requested task.

9. Availability, suspension, and termination

We may modify or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, misuse, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or the discontinuation of the Service. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice.

You may stop using NQuire at any time and revoke connected-service permissions through the relevant provider. To request account deletion or help disconnecting, contact amaan@trynquirehub.com. Disconnecting a service does not automatically remove listings or changes already sent to Etsy. Information retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-assisted output or third-party data. You should independently review information before relying on it or authorizing changes to your shop.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NQuire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the Service.

These exclusions do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the revised Terms at this URL and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or another appropriate channel. Changes will take effect on the date specified in that notice, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim before a court, consumer forum, or other authority where applicable law gives you a right to do so, or deprives you of mandatory protections that apply where you live.
